Fabulous wedding favors – Jean M tells you where to begin!
Wedding favors are a great way to show your thanks to your wedding guests and tell them how much it means that they were there to celebrate with you. It’s important to be creative with your favors — and also thoughtful, considering what message you would like to send.
Where do you begin when considering the perfect favor? Here are my best tips!
• A personal touch
Favors that express your personalities, passions and hobbies are a great way to add a personal touch to your wedding and to extend a thank you to your guests. If you enjoy cooking, give your guests measuring spoons with a little printed card containing your favorite recipe. If you love flowers, why not give your guests a single stem of your favorite flower in a small, tasteful vase, or give them a flowering bulb to plant in their own garden as a reminder of your wedding.
• Complement your wedding theme
Create a unified theme throughout your wedding by using favors to accent it. For a classic wedding, consider small candles with handmade floral wraps. Or if you’re throwing a Las Vegas theme wedding, lottery tickets in personalized holders make fun, interactive favors.
Favor Boxes with Personalized Ribbon
• Sweets and treats
Keep guests happy while they wait for their meal with sweets and treats packaged in any variety of colorful favor boxes. Add personalized ribbon and other accents like rhinestones to the favors to dress them up.
